Root and Reach is North Ayrshire’s public-facing visibility hub for grassroots action.
Unlike the directory (ALISS), a third-sector interface (TSI), the national policy body (SCVO) or other entities, we focus on Impact and connection:

Showcase – We feature local groups in plain language, keeping the community informed about who’s active and why it matters.
Connect – We link charities, volunteers and residents, making introductions and encouraging collaboration that might not happen otherwise.
Amplify – We give smaller organisations a stronger voice through social media spotlights, short videos, and easy-share content.

By shining a light rather than duplicating services, we complement existing support and make sure the sector’s work is seen, valued and supported by the wider community.
